If you have a charge account with us, and have used the old portal, you can log in using your email address as your user name, with the same password you used in the past. The first time you log in, you’ll be asked to choose a new password. 

If you have not used our customer portal before, or do not have a Turkstra Lumber charge account, please contact our accounts department, at accounts@turkstralumber.com, to receive login credentials, and/or apply to open an account with us.
